men and women analogy
By Mye Dln
They say men are from Mars and women from Venus. They usually don't understand each other and most of the time, it is the cause of misunderstanding. Once I have attended an orientation about men and women. What made is nice is that the speaker had an analogy of both genders. Men are like waffles and women are like spaghetti. Why so? Men, like waffles, like to stay in boxes and once they are in that box, it is difficult for them to jump out of that box and hop to another. Men do concentrate on things one at a time. If they are playing, they concentrate on playing. If they are watching a movie, they are only watching the movie. If they are working, it's all about work. Women, on the other hand are like spaghetti who can cross on about any conversation as she can tolerate. Talking about a dinner party with friends to her husband then suddenly jumping into the topic about the kids' allowance and the house bills, etc. The man will get confused and he would probably say, what are we talking about? This is the reason why at times men just can't comprehend women. Because they think one thing at a particular time, they can't cope up with a women thinking almost about any thing on earth, the makeup , the bills, the work, friends. Yes, this is also the reason why women can multitask. So, if one wants to understand her partner, just think of the waffle and spaghetti and you will surely understand what you need to do and what you don't. |
